DELIVERY, REFUNDS, RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION.

RETURN POLICY

Delivery takes 2-6 days
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then email us at mostafa@getpalma.com. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least eighteen (18) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

For the purposes of the general conditions of sale, the following definitions are applied:

"  SITE  " Refers to the sales website https://www.getpalma-ma.com/fr, registered domain name of the company PALMA.

"  CUSTOMER  " Refers to any natural or legal person who has placed an order on the SITE.

"  CGV  " Means General Conditions of Sale.

"  SAV  " Means after-sales service

 

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed by a natural or legal person, acting as a CLIENT with the company PALMA on its website which is accessible at the address https://www.getpalma-ma.com/fr

The T&Cs may be modified at any time by PALMA , and it is up to the CUSTOMER to consult and formally accept them before placing any order.

The applicable T&Cs are those appearing on the site on the day of your order.

Any order placed on the Site assumes full, unreserved and unconditional acceptance of the GCS in force on the day of said order.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND ORDERS

3.1 Product prices:

The prices of the products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, and are implied in Moroccan Dirham TTC (all taxes included).

These prices may be subject to modification by PALMA.

3.2 Ordering products:

Product availability is displayed on the SITE, on each product sheet. If a product is unavailable, the mention “Out of stock” will be displayed on the product sheet.

If after your order a product becomes unavailable, https://www.getpalma-ma.com/fr will inform you by email or telephone of this unavailability and give you the possibility to choose between:

– have a product delivered to you of a quality and price equivalent to that previously ordered;

– cancel your previous order.

3.3 Methods of placing orders

To place an order on www.getpalma-ma.com/, the following variants are possible:

–        On the SITE  : via the website www.getpalma-ma.com 24/7, except when the website is unavailable for technical reasons.

Any order sent to www.getpalma-ma.com by post or fax cannot be taken into account.

When placing your order, you must confirm it by the so-called "double-click" technique, i.e.: after having selected the products added to your basket, you must check and possibly correct the content of the latter (namely: identification and quantity of selected products, corresponding prices, terms and delivery costs) before validating it and accepting these T&Cs, and thus confirming acceptance of your order.

– Exceptionally by telephone or secure "WhatsApp" messaging: during the opening hours of the PALMA company

3.4 Registration of orders:

After placing your order, www.getpalma-ma.com will acknowledge receipt by sending you an Order Confirmation email including the summary of your order, then, will validate it definitively after having called you on the phone on the number provided during your Registration, within 48 working hours.

PALMA  reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event that:

– it does not comply with these T&Cs;

– one of your previous orders has not been paid in full on the due date;

– a dispute relating to the payment of one of your previous orders is being processed;

– several serious and concordant elements would bring a suspicion of fraud to your order.

These emails are sent to the email address you provide when placing your order, whether on the WEBSITE or by Whatsapp messaging.

Note: If you do not receive one of the two emails mentioned above, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Once the order has been placed, the CUSTOMER must pay for his order in cash on delivery or at collection points where the customer can pay online.

 

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

5.1 General conditions:

PALMA offers you various delivery services directly to your home, your place of work or to a collection point, and these deliveries are made exclusively on Moroccan territory.

Orders are delivered by the Transport services offered by PALMA, which are clearly indicated on the information page dedicated to delivery.

5.2 Absence of the recipient on delivery / refusal of the package:

If the recipient is not located or the package is refused, the order will be cancelled.

5.3 Delivery error and apparent defect:

The CUSTOMER undertakes to check the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any delivery error in relation to the order or apparent defect must be the subject of a complaint within 48 working hours from the date of delivery.

After this period, the CUSTOMER will no longer be able to rely on a delivery error or an apparent defect.

5.4 Damage and partial loss:

In the event of delivery of a package that is manifestly and visibly damaged, it is up to the CUSTOMER to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee offered.

The CUSTOMER must also inform PALMA without delay so that a new package can be prepared, then shipped upon receipt of the damaged return package.

Similarly, the CUSTOMER must refuse any incomplete package or package containing damaged items. Indeed, the reception of the transported objects extinguishes any action against PALMA for damage or partial loss if within 48 hours, not including public holidays, which follow that of this reception, the recipient has not notified PALMA of his protest motivated. Failing to carry out this formality, the CUSTOMER cannot be compensated.

ARTICLE 6 – CUSTOMER RIGHTS

For any complaint or information, the CUSTOMER can contact the various departments of PALMA.

ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSIBILITY

PALMA cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of one of its obligations under the sales contract when this non-performance is linked to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.

ARTICLE 8 – APPLICABLE LAW

The execution and interpretation of the T&Cs are governed by the laws of Morocco.

ARTICLE 9 – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The Parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute to which the contract may give rise, both as regards its validity, its execution, its interpretation, its termination and as regards the consequence thereof.

Any dispute shall be duly notified by the requesting Party to the other Party by expressly referring to this Article, and the Parties shall have a period of sixty (60) days to attempt to settle the dispute amicably, starting from the date of receipt of such notification.

Any disagreement and/or dispute of any kind that may arise during the interpretation or execution of the contract and which could not be settled amicably will be submitted to the court of Rabat.

ARTICLE 10 – MODIFICATION

These T&Cs are subject to change at any time by PALMA.

It is up to you to consult them and formally accept them before placing any order.
